OneDigital Solutions provides IT services, including WordPress website development, graphic design, software installation, Windows/macOS setup, computer troubleshooting, networking, and custom development. All transactions and service discussions are handled via WhatsApp.

2. No Login or Account Creation

We do not require or offer any login, account creation, or personal user dashboard. All service requests are initiated directly via WhatsApp.

3. Information Collection

When you contact us, we collect basic personal details such as your name, address, and phone number. If remote support is requested, we collect AnyDesk access codes provided by you. We do not collect payment or financial data.

4. Use of Information

Your information is used solely to communicate with you about your requests, provide updates, and offer support. We do not share your information with third parties unless necessary to fulfill the service.

5. Laptop Drop-Offs

If you leave your laptop at our location, it will remain with us only as long as necessary to resolve the issue (usually a few hours). We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your device.

6. Payment Options

All payments are handled manually via direct communication on WhatsApp. The account title for all transactions is Muhammad Bilal Mirza. You may pay via the following options:

  • Nayapay
  • JazzCash
  • Raqmi
  • Bank Transfer (Mizan Bank) (details provided separately on request)

Please note, we do not process any online payments via the website; all payments are coordinated directly with the customer.

7. Liability

OneDigital Solutions is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the use of remote support or advice. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. We encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
